Time Warner Cable News has obtained more documents filed in the lawsuit by former legislative aides against Assemblyman Dennis Gabryszak detailing allegations of sexual harassment.

The complaints include numerous conversations Gabryszak had with women who worked in his office that lewd, featured name calling and inappropriate teasing.

Details of the complaints against Gabryszak are being made public after three women filed a notice of claim in state court in Albany late Thursday, seen as a precursor to a sexual harassment suit.

The allegations have been forwarded to the Assembly Ethics Committee as well.

Erie County Democratic Chairman Jeremy Zellner has called on the western New York lawmaker to resign if the allegations prove any close to being true.

Gabryszak is also accused of having one aide, former communications director Annalise Freling, use his iPad, who found a picture of two women showering together.

In another claim, Gabryszak is said to have referred to Assemblywoman Nicole Malliotakis by an inappropriate nickname name, according to Freling.

The lawmaker’s former legislative director Jamie Campbell claimed in another instance Gabryszak asked her, “What’s up, bitch?”

The claims include details of unwanted advances by Gabryszak, who accused one aide of purchasing “sex toys” and allegations he offered to remove a spilled mocha from a woman’s dress by licking her.
