Allegations of sexual harassment made by three women who worked for the state Legislature against Assemblyman Dennis Gabryszak was officially forwarded to the Assembly Ethics Committee on Friday, according to a letter sent to Chairman Charles Lavine.

The letter, sent by Assembly counsel Joanne Barker, asks the ethics panel to “investigate the matter promptly” with the help of the outside law firm the chamber retained to assess sexual harassment cases.

The ethics committee is already investigating claims of harassment made by legislative aides against New York City Assemblyman Micah Kellner.

The panel met private twice in December; it hasn’t been revealed what the committee discussed.
