The state Republican party is gearing up for its convention Wednesday in Rye Book. Gubernatorial candidate Rob Astorino will have his newly-announced running mate by his side – Chemung County Sheriff Christopher Moss. But Governor Cuomo is making a point to attract attention for who will be by his side tomorrow – President Obama, who will be in the state to discuss federal funding for the Tappan Zee bridge.
