Gov. Andrew Cuomo’s re-election campaign on Thursday blasted out a series of invitations to seven high-dollar fundraisers where sponsorship tickets go as high as $25,000.

The events begin in April, including one at the St. Regis Hotel on April 24, an event for receptions in Florida and one billed as a “Labor For Cuomo” fundraiser.

A May 10 event is headlined as a “New York State Craft Beverage Tasting” to be held at the Midtown Loft & Terrace in New York City. On May 21, Cuomo’s re-election will hold an invitational golf tournament in Saratoga Springs, an all-day event that begins at 10:30 a.m. and runs through a 6 p.m. dinner.

The highest-dollar affair will be a “Best of Broadway Gala” in June, with a sponsorship at $50,000.

The invitations come as the state political season has started to heat up somewhat early.

Cynthia Nixon, an education advocate and actress, has been consulting with former campaign aides of New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio about a potential campaign for governor in a Democratic primary. On the Republican side, Dutchess County Executive Marc Molinaro has started to coalesce support from major county chairs for the GOP nomination, rolling out endorsements from Erie and Suffolk county leaders.

Cuomo is seeking a third term this year.

In January, his campaign report $30.4 million cash on hand.
