At least seven Senate Democrats have been excused from today’s extraordinary session.

I’m told that two Democratic lawmakers — Sens. Andrea Stewart-Cousins and Liz Krueger — are yet to check in and may still show.

Update: Both Stewart-Cousins and Krueger have arrived.

The seven officially absent lawmakers are: Eric Adams, Ruth Hassell-Thompson, Shirley Huntley, Carl Kruger, Velmanette Montgomery, Jose Serrano, Malcolm Smith.

An aide toHuntley, it should be noted, was just indicted in an ongoing investigation over taxpayer-funded member items being funneled to a Queens non-profit.

All 32 Republican members and the four Independent Democratic Conference lawmakers are here and accounted for.

The separate Senate conferences and the Assembly Democrats are each meeting privately now to discuss the ins and outs of the expansive economic legislation proposed by Gov. Andrew Cuomo. One of the bills is being printed and is expected to be voted on as early as 3 p.m. (making the actual vote closer to 4). The Assembly expects to wrap up business as early as 5 or 6 this evening.
