A bi-partisan group of 60 Assembly members have signed on to a bill that would strip any public official convicted of a felony of their pension. And this group includes every freshman member of the Assembly. Meanwhile, another one of their own – Brooklyn Assemblyman William Boyland – was convicted Thursday on 21 federal counts of bribery, fraud and extortion.
